2. Start running.
3. When you finish your run, make sure to stop recording and that the ORPHE CORE and the app are disconnected.
4. The data recorded by ORPHE CORE will be synchronized with the application. Bring your smartphone close to ORPHE CORE and wait for the synchronization process to be completed.
