No New Fork Studio, Inc. ("nnf") warrants ORPHE TRACK ("Product") to be free from defects or deficiencies in materials or workmanship ("Warranty"), subject to the conditions set forth below.

Warranty period
- The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase of the product.
- The date of shipment or the date of purchase indicated on the delivery note or receipt (with the date of purchase and the name of the dealer, hereinafter referred to as "delivery note and other documents") is the date of the purchase. The date of shipment or the date of purchase indicated on the delivery note or receipt (with the date of purchase and the date of sale indicated on the delivery note or receipt, hereinafter referred to as the "date of delivery") is the date of purchase; therefore, please be sure to keep the delivery note and/or other documents.

Warranty Terms
- In the unlikely event that the ORPHE CORE and the charging USB cable fail, and a valid claim is made to nnf within the warranty period, nnf will take one of the following actions at its discretion.
- We will repair free of charge using new parts or refurbished parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability ("Repair").
- We will replace it with a new product or a refurbished product equivalent to a new product in performance and reliability ("Replacement").
- We will refund the product price.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of this product in response to this warranty.
- This warranty does not apply to ORPHE CORE compatible shoes.
- To receive this warranty, you must present a delivery note.
- Even within the warranty period, this warranty does not apply, and repairs will be made at a cost in the following cases:
- When there is no delivery note, etc.
- Scratches, wear, and tear from regular use
- Failure or damage due to transportation, movement, or dropping after purchase
- Accident, abuse, misuse, contact with solvents and other non-water sources, fire, earthquake, or other external causes of failure or damage.
- Failure or damage caused by connections to other devices
- Malfunctions and damages caused by compatibility with specific third-party products
- Failure or damage caused by use or care contrary to the original purpose of the use or recommended by nnf
- Failure or damage caused by services (including repair or modification) is performed by someone other than nnf.
- Damage or malfunction in an operating environment other than the one specified by nnf
- When this product is disassembled
- Any repaired or replaced product shall remain under this warranty for the remainder of the product warranty or 90 days from the date of replacement/repair, whichever is longer. If the product or part is replaced, the new product or part shall become property, and the product or part before the replacement will become the property of nnf. In the event of a refund of the product price, the product shall be returned to nnf.
- nnf makes no implied warranties other than those expressly stated in this warranty, including, but not limited to, no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- nnf neither warrants that the use of this product will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor will nnf be liable for any damage caused by failure to follow instructions on the use of this product.
- nnf makes no guarantees for any loss of log data obtained through the use of the product.
