Definition

The magnitude of the force applied to kick the road surface ORPHE CORE estimates the kicking force by combining multiple sensor measurements.

Value meaning

The higher the value, the greater the kicking force. BW is an abbreviation for Body Weight. For example, if the value is 2.0 BW, it means that you are kicking the road surface with a force twice your weight.

Note

A growing kicking force contributes to increasing the running speed, but if the legs move backward and kicking strong, running efficiency will deteriorate. It is recommended to practice with an awareness of how you pull your legs after a strong kick.
